Giant P-R2 Wheel Upgrade - Campag Zondas?

Im thinking about upgrading my Giant P-R2 wheels for some Zonda's on my Defy 3 composite.

Is this much of an upgrade and will i notice much, if any difference?
I would keep the P-R2's for the winter. Id be running GP4000s on them

    3-5 mph speed increase.
