Another BB question...

I need to replace the Power Spline BB on my 2013 Trek Fuek EX5. I took it out and it says the spindle length is 118mm, however I'm not sure on the shell width. It says in the old unit that with an E Type guide I'll need a 68mm but without ill need 73mm. I don't have a guide on it. I can't seem to find a dedicated 73x118 power spline BB but a lot of 68x118. Will a 68 x 118 fit my frame?

    Measure the width of the BB shell is it 73 or 68?

    Measured it at 73mm. Just hoping that 68mm fit both just as an off chance as I'm struggling to find a 73x118
