Thought I'd introduce myself. I'm Stella and I've been cycling on and off for nearly 40 years. Up until last year I was commuting daily into London from Kent, but have just had an enforced period off the bike. Now I'm thinking of getting started again.

Anyway, saw this forum on a search and thought I'd give it a go.
