Wife wants new bike, but which ones.....??

So She has decided to get a new bike after her Marin has served well for the last 2 years. Went to look today decided on 2 models, both Whytes.
now the 802 has the following spec....

And the 603

is £525.
Now the 802 is lady specific and she would get a small, the 603 is mens but also would get a small (she tried both today in small). What are the obvious difference between the 2? Is the 802 worth the extra cash? If it was you what would you go for? Both bikes look good, the 802 look like it would last longer having the better BB etc.

802 has slightly better forks and gears, but I'm not sure if they're £225 better.
