The two Manitous have tapered steerers which won't fit your frame so I would go for the Epicon. The xc32 is ok but heavier and less adjustable.Transition Patrol - viewtopic.php?f=10017&t=130702350

I had a feeling the manitou wouldn't fit, are they much better forks overall??
The Epicons I have had my eye on for a while and seem a bargain at the price.
It's upgrade the kraken, or sell and buy the whyte 901 in October...0 -
Buy a Whyte 901.
Why October?0 -
I'd say you're better off getting a bike that already has a fork you're happy with.. Typically works out cheaper than upgrading each component. Unless you really like the frame and plan on keeping it a while0

I have the same bike as you and will be looking to upgrade the forks at some point too. I was looking at the Rockshox Reba's as they have 120mm travel too, which I think is the max the frame can cope with. Have you made anymore upgrades?"Great minds think a bike"0

Whyte 901 definitely. It's a fantastic bike and has great spec. I have just bought one myself and am very pleased with it.0
