Shifting to big chainring

When I go to shift into the big chainring the chain will sometimes not move over, however I can clearly see the front mech move, however this will only occur occasionally and after about 10 attempts it will change. This working change seems to occur when I am moving at a higher speed, any suggestions as to what it can be? when on my bike stand the change is faultless and works everytime.

I had exactly this issue with mine.
It was SRAM Force 22 and would work perfectly in the stand but underload just wouldnt budge when i wanted it to. To the eye it looked correct and the mech was at all the right angles etc
It turned out that i need more cable tension and simply pulling the cable really tight with a pair of pliers did the trick and it now shifts perfectly every time0
