BB30 conversion options

I want to change from a BB30 to a Shimano Dura Ace 9000 chainset.

What would be the best way to do this? I've seen the FSA sleeves (only £15), but I really want something that is not going to creak :x

    Knock out the bb30 bearings and remove the circlips then fit a Praxis Works BB. Should cost £55ish and you'll need 2 hollow tech BB tools to fit it
