Tubeless Tyre Pressure Calculator

I've been running tubeless for about a year now using NoTubes ZTR FlowEX Rims and Stans Fluid. I have never been sure of the correct pressure to run them at; I used a formula I read on-line somewhere and that came to 28psi Front & Rear.
Yesterday whilst looking for something completely different I came across the calculation that NoTubes suggest, so before last nights ride I set the pressures to the NoTubes suggestion.
Front 23psi Rear 26psi
What a difference! The rear pressure hadn't changed much so I didn't really notice much difference there, but the Front was so different, it felt much more grippy and less harsh, it was very confidence inspiring.
The NoTubes formula is:
Rider weight (in lbs) / 7 = x
x -1 = Front Pressure (in psi)
x + 2 = Rear Pressure (in psi)
Example: 167 / 7 = 24
Front = 24 -1 = 23
Rear = 24 + 2 = 26 (rounded up slightly)

Useful formula just did the calcs for myself and it agrees with what I am using at the back though I prefer a touch less in the front.
Dont forget you need to weigh yourself with all your kit and water.Fig rolls: proof that god loves cyclists and that she wants us to do another lap0 -
It comes out a bit higher than what I use, but I suspect there's a fair bit of variation due to different tyre carcasses. I can't run as low a pressure as I do right now on thinner, lighter tyres.0

I don't like this formula.
Best one I found was this:

That gives me 16Psi on the front with a 2.25" Rocket Ron tyre (on a 17mm rim) - no thanks!Currently riding a Whyte T130C, X0 drivetrain, Magura Trail brakes converted to mixed wheel size (homebuilt wheels) with 140mm Fox 34 Rhythm and RP23 suspension. 12.2Kg.0
