If you are after bibs look at the Decathlon 500 range at £25.0

Worst bibs I've ever used. Had to cut the pad out because even using them with dhb undershorts it was making things worse.0 -

I get on well with my Decathlon Aerofit 900 bibs, a personal thing, although I didn't rate the 5 level ones I bought a few years ago.0

Never had a problem with both my pairs and at least he can go and try them on before he buys.
Although I will say they are not as comfy as the 900 range at Decathlon but these are not in the price range of the OP.0
