Burning up, New helmet required.

Hi guys, had a problem with overheating from my head when I'm climbing or just putting a lot of effort in. I do have rather thick hair but it is short and refuse to go shorter. Would a well vented helmet help? and can anybody recommend one? Ive been thinking of a catlike whisper???

Its a Abus Aduro. I bought it with the bike before I realised these things matter?
