Raleigh Bike Warranty

Good Morning.
About 6 weeks ago my Raleigh SP Race developed a crack in the top tube while I was out riding (UK roads...)
I've since contacted Wiggle from whom I bought the bike and returned the bike to them for assessment (it is now with Raleigh)
About a week after sending some initial pictures to wiggle/Raleigh I had an email stating that Raleigh had agreed to replace the frame and were sending out a new one.
2 weeks later wiggle email (after lots of emails from my part) requesting the bike to be returned to them for inspection. - Which I did about 2/3 weeks ago.
I'm still waiting to find out what's going on...
Has anyone on here had experience of warranty claims taking this long before. Seems a little ridiculous to me.
Also as I have an email saying that they have agreed to send a replacement (dated 18/6) before I returned the bike, should that be what I'm expecting?

I emailed wiggle to find out where my warranty was and funnily enough it had "just" been approved.0
