rear hub mount sizes

After some advise please. Bought a mongoose teocali super 2009 frame. Has no rear wheel with it. Wheel / hub mountings on swing arm seems to measure 12-13mm. Can anyone tell me what size hub I would need? What sizes are there available? My other bike is 9mm quick release rear wheel and I thought would fit my mongoose when bought . Seems to be loads different sizes!?

Thats right a 135mm spacing is measured between drop outs. Just unsure hub mounting size for this bike? And interested how many / whats sizes are actually out there?0

You need a standard quick release rear wheel for 8/9/10 speed, 135mm OLD. The axles are 10mm (well, 3/8th of an inch).
Your frame doesn't take the any of the bolt through options, though you can fit, with some hubs an oversize 'thru axle' such as this:
