Pedal upgrade

I'm currently rocking a pair of Shimano R540 pedals which do the job, however I've got some Wiggle vouchers which need spent.

Would I notice any difference (apart from 100grams) if I upgraded to 105 Carbon or Ultegra ones? Or is the difference marginal?

You won't notice any difference - apart from the fact that the vouchers would be gone, obviously...

I found my Ultegras marginally easier to clip into than my old 105s. That's it.

I find the Ultegra pedals easier to clip into, plus I find they move into the upright position when unclipped faster. Also less play in them than the R540s

I have the R540s and the 105s - no functional difference. Save your money.

I'm still on Look Deltas. There's been no reason to upgrade yet.
