Just recently I noticed that when shifting onto the big ring on the front my Campag Athena 11s lever is pushing the chain too far out. The chain stays on but I have to click the thumb shifter once to correct it and once again if I want to shift back to the small ring - so 2 clicks to get back to the original position rather than one, if that makes sense.
Only thing that happened recently is a chain clean with one of those chain cleaning tool things, other than that nothing I can think of that could have knocked things out of sync.
Before I start to tinker - is this a cable tension issue or adjustment of the high/low limit screws?
