I know someone who has the Stans kit on Nukeproof Generator rims. Just make sure you get the right diameter and width rim strip.

I was in my LBC this week looking at buying tubeless kits. The lad in there looked at thr prices for the tape and the slime etc and said,

"you know what, it will be cheaper to book it in and get me to do it".

So I did - a pair of 26" wheels converted to tubeless for £30.

Might be worth asking at your LBC?

gorilla tape £2.99, stans fluid £12, DT swiss valves £10 thats what I've done for a few wheels.

Superstar Yellow Tape - £7 (enough to do 5 wheels :? ), Superstar Valves - £7 (for 2), Stan's Sealant - £12 (enough for topping up a couple of times after initial setup)

done a set with the superstar stuff as well, prefer the gorilla tape and DT valves. the DT valves sit better in the rim and the gorilla tape isn't as brittle as the superstar stuff either.

I might do this, although I have all the stuff in my possession ready to actually do it... I just can't arsed with the mess!

Have you ridden yours since? Any burping or leaks?

The stans sealant works well for me, no issues

I got my rim tape and valves from superstar.. It doesn't really matter as long as the tape is the right width

Not yet as Sunday's ride dematerialised, but pressure is still good.
