Hi.

I live in Mallorca and need to lose some weight.

Cycling quite a bit, and sweating like a glass-blower's @rse.

Can anyone recommend a Low Calorie drink, preferable in power or tablet form that I can use to replace salts, but not interfere with the weight loss.

One thing, it mustn't have aspartame, (e951) in it. That is one internet rumour that is true, it triggers migraines in me.

Cheers

Andy

I just use low cal Gatorade, 40p for half a litre, not sure if it has aspartame in it or not, the other thing it's meant to effect is your memory so maybe it has!

  • Can you just mix a bit of juice with water, or buy some electrolyte powder?
I'm sorry you don't believe in miracles

Water with a Nuun tablet does the trick for me.

You could just add a little salt to your water then have a banana afterwards.

50:50 mix of juice and water, with a pinch of salt (you don't want to taste it).

    Or this
Sometimes parts break. Sometimes you crash. Sometimes it’s your fault.
