Help on chainrings
Hi all, need some more help thanks to my complete lack of bike maintenance skills...
As you can hopefully see in the pictures, after the last ride and relubing afterwards, i noticed that the teeth on the chainrings have started to be scratched. How? It's a relatively new bike, ~500 miles.
Thanks for any help,
Turbote.

Looks normal enough to me.0

It's just a coating, it'll get worn off. Cosmetically it'll be hidden when the lube goes black.0

chain = metal
chainrings = metal
Metal on metal = wear. Embrace it.0
