Wheelset: 105 on Mavic Open pro, Ultergra 6800 or other?

After a ride in the peaks I decided I need a set of aluminium rims for steep descents and better breaking in the wet. I'll still have my carbon wheels for flatter days and racing, so I just need a decent set wheels to put lots of miles in to.

Rose bike seems to have the best prices: £240 for Ultergra: http://www.rosebikes.co.uk/article/shimano-ultegra-wh-6800--28700-c-road-wheel-set/aid:675908

Or should I go with 105 on Open Pro for £150: http://www.rosebikes.co.uk/article/road-wheel-set-28700c-mavic-open-pro--105-5700-401814/aid:401816

Open pro seems to be a pretty good standard, but 36h seems a bit of overkill seeming as I'm 63kg and rose don't seem to do 32h. The ultegra are quite a bit more expensive, but will be ~300-400g lighter.

Or is there a better wheelset I can get for around £200, looking for around 1600g, shallow profile, aluminium rim, 28 or 32 hole?

If you can push your budget to £250 then they are available at that price from Wiggle (Shimano fit out of stock ATM but they will be back soon)

Would be ideal for a rider at your weight - plenty of heavier riders have given their endorsements.

I'm waiting delivery if a Shimano fit set and I'm a shade under 85kg
