Hi can anyone one tell me if these will be a straight fit on my bike thanks.

Also what does post mount mean?

    Yes they would work fine. The hoses will be waaaay too long though.

    Post mount is the style of mount on the bike. They pretty much don't make IS mount calipers (the other style) any more.

    Yes but I wouldn't bother. Deore are excellent, just fractionally heavier and need an allen key to adjust reach.

    Having used XT and Deore I honestly can't feel any difference in braking performance.
    And I've just fitted m615 to my main bike.
    Might have been a bargain, but they are simply excellent.
