Alfine 8 setup - shifting problem

Not sure which forum I'm most likely to get a response in, but I know a few use the Alfine 8 for MTBing...
Anyway, I've just built up a new wheel around the Alfine 8 speed hub. I've got it setup with the Alfine shifter, however I have trouble shifting from 4th to 5th gear. It shifts up fine through all the other gears, and shifts down fine through all gears. I can get it to shift from 4th to 5th if I am quite aggressive with the shifter, but that doesnt seem quite right... I've got the yellow lines perfectly lined up so I think it's setup right. Does anyone have any ideas?
