Right, back to being a miserable old tw@t on the corporate rat wheel just like matthew h :P
Back to work for the first time since Thursday and I'm already in a shite mood
Oh well, caffeine will get me through to 5.30 and then I'll go for a run

in a good mood as I cycled in (though against the wind for 36 miles )
So hopefully should gain an advantage on the way home so I can meet a mate in the pub

Pain is just weakness escaping the body Time to Rule 5 I think.
Right shoulder - rotator cuff or thereabouts. Can't really move my right arm so considering what I do it's a bit of a pain.
But nothing I can't handle (with my left arm).
May mix some man the fak up powder in with some ersatz espresso this afternoon to get through. Couple of days to go and I can get some proper sleep. Long day coming up on Friday following long day today and tomorrow but hopefully no major dramas.
Still shattered but enough of my moaning - the sun is shining so all is well overall.Postby team47b » Sun Jun 28, 2015 11:53 am

Just been out for a coffee, here you can have your espresso normal, full, or short, I don't think a short espresso is actually classed as a liquid!
You are only allowed milk in your coffee if it is before 10.am or if you are a childmy isetta is a 300cc bike0 -

I can, but I'll use the little cafe as the french man and the half Italian/Portuguese guys make a good one, and judge those who take milk and sugar in any coffee.
