2015 HASA R4 Road Bike Shimano 2400 24 Speed

Anyone have any light to shed on this bike?
I'm thinking about getting into road cycling for exercise as there is a bike path near my house. I do not want to spend more than $500 and I'm fully aware that entry level bikes will be my only options with that price range.
I see this 2015 Hasa R4 on Amazon for only $450 and on Prime! It only has about 9 reviews but it's the #6 most bought road bike on Amazon so more reviews will come with time. The other 5 are those cheap Vilano, GMC Denali, and the Giordano 1.6 bikes that I'm not interested in.
Is this a good choice for someone just starting out like me?
