    I was disappointed to find "road tax" mentioned in the article. Otherwise I quite enjoyed it.

    The term is used in the context of how cyclists are stereotyped, so this is not a misuse of the term by the authors.

    Yes, re-reading it, I see that I have misunderstood, badly. The actual phrase used is "road taxes", d'oh!
