Since they are running some cobbles are the teams going to make significant changes to the bikes, wheels, tyres the riders are running.

I know on Paris-Roubaix Trek and Fabian Cancellara use the 'Domane' model of bike which is specifically designed for cobbles, but presumably he'd be riding the Madone up until now and for the rest of the tour. Would they switch to using Domane for just that one stage? Are they even allowed to do something that drastic?

What about tyres? I believe most run 24-25c on the road but in Paris-Roubaix some were running 28-30c will we see similar on Stage 5?

According to the C+ article Belkin will be using the Infinito which is their "classics" bike. I suspect most of them teams will be doing similar. Not least because all the sponsors will want their other bike to feature in the inevitable "What special kit was used on Stage 5" articles...
