I have a 2005 Cannondale Jeckll this is whats on it.

Assuming your BB shell is 68mm English thread (almost certain, but you don't tell us what BB you have now) then yes.
You'll need to get the frame faced by a bike shop first.Currently riding a Whyte T130C, X0 drivetrain, Magura Trail brakes converted to mixed wheel size (homebuilt wheels) with 140mm Fox 34 Rhythm and RP23 suspension. 12.2Kg.0 -

no you won't. getting it faced is not a requirememt when you fit a new BB0 -
No, but it is for fitting external BB's (suach as a BB51) where previously resided an internal one (unless by some miracle the frame was already faced) such as the Isoflows use.
