Hi,
On the penultimate day to the ending 'SALE13' code on the Ribble website I cancelled my order for the AERO 883 frame as I had been given two different responses from Ribble employees regarding frame sizes. I originally ordered the medium but then changed to a small sized frame.
However on the final day of the sale I could not reprocess my order as the funds had been withdrawn from my bank account.
Does anybody know or have any experience of Ribble honouring a code due to confusion about frame sizes?
