Boardman Comp 2013 Bottom Bracket issues

Hi Guys
First post on this forum, I have a Boardman Comp 2013 which has had bottom bracket issues.
Firstly I took it back to Halfords as there was a lot of play in it and they tightened and greased it.
After a few miles the same has happened again, I'd like to replace it.
It has a FSA Alpha drive crankset?
Could someone point me in the right direction as to which Bottom bracket to buy that will resolve this issue?
Thanks Ross

Pretty sure it's an ISIS bottom bracket. I had one om my old commuter bike. Piece of crap.
I would just spend £60ish on a Shimano Deore crankset including a BB and get double the life and double the stiffness.Transition Patrol - viewtopic.php?f=10017&t=130702350 -

I have sourced http://www.chainreactioncycles.com/shim ... -prod40496
Are you sure this will fit?
and it says "select teeth" how do I measure which size is correct for me?
Thanks Ross0 -
Probably the smaller size. What's on there now?
The bigger ones are more trekking/commuting size.I don't do smileys.

Thanks for the Cooldad,
I use the bike for going up and down trails, red runs etc.
However I occasionally swap the tyres and cycle to work if it"s a nice day.

P.s how would I check which size it on it justnow?

Count the teeth, but 99% it's the smaller one.I don't do smileys.

The bigger one would probably be better if you ever go to a double ring set up. Big rings are fairly pointless off road. Personally I find 36t & 26t all I ever need. It's also a pound cheaper with the slightly bigger rings!Transition Patrol - viewtopic.php?f=10017&t=130702350
