Hello,
My name is Becky and I work at Nuffield Health. This weekend we are hosting the official Tour de France Fan Parks in Harrogate (West Stray park) and London. Our London Fan Parks will be based in Trafalgar Square and Green Park with Canary Wharf providing the stage for the final event at the end of the month (24-27 July).
The Fan Parks will give you the chance to check out the Tour on giant screens, enjoy a festival atmosphere with food and drink on site. Plus give you free access to our expert Health and Wellbeing Physiologists who will provide health checks measuring your waist, blood pressure, cholesterol and blood sugar and talk through the results with you.
We’ll have a range of experts, including nutritionists and personal trainers, on hand to give tips and advice on a variety of topics including, what to eat to get the most from your ride, how to prevent injury and if you have any ches or pains, you can have a consultation with Nuffield Health Physiotherapists throughout the day.
