Is there a seat clamp slightly larger than 34.9

Have a frame where the BBB 34.9 clamp doesn't open wide enough, it appears to be a mm or too wider.

Has anyone encountered this issue before :(

    Yes there are many frames that use larger seat post clamps.

    What is the frame? Make model and year.
