Hi All

Anyone used this service, got to send some stuff back to Wiggle and they have sent me a free returns slip for Collect +, but read some not very good reviews and I won't it sorting asap, if worst came to the worst I would send it at my expense if it worked better.

I've used them a few times for Amazon returns and have had no issues. I have also paid to use them to send bike parts and PC bits that I've sold on eBay. Maybe not the fastest (it was only Economy), but again no issues to report.

Same here. Returns take 3 days I think so a bit slow, but works just fine and its free. Make sure you get a receipt for your parcel and keep it in case there's an issue.

I used them for CRC - Collect+ claimed a delivery but CRC claimed they never received it.... got my money back though either way after a phone call.

Yup I use it a lot.

Have dropped boxes off at some really obscure newsagents/off licenses etc and never had a problem. The progress is glacial but they get there in the end

And once you have the receipt, CRC will refund whether they think they got it back or not.
