Felt DA3 dropout screws

hi,

really hoping someone can offer some advice on this

I have a felt da3 2013

the horizontal dropout screws have been crushed by the wheel. if I replace these can I screw them in so they are flush with the frame?
ie is it safe / ok to run the wheel flush against the dropout so its not resting on the screws?

if not does anyone know where I could get replacement grub screws.

any advice much appreciated, many thanks

if there is anough room for the tyre there should be no problem slamming the axle all the way into the dropout.
