Hey Everybody,
I have very recently moved to the stunning town of Cirencester and bought myself a nice Carrera Valour mtb.
However, I love a little excitement and wondered if there were anywhere in Cirencester that offer a nice downhill thrill, or even a woodland treck?

There's some great stuff around the cotswolds. I forget the name of the local club but I have ridden some great stuff around Dursley with them.Transition Patrol - viewtopic.php?f=10017&t=130702350

Leckhampton hill is going to be your nearest downhill trails. But I suspect what you mean is not full on downhill in which case cranham in cheltenham is a good mix as is Cleeve hill. They are building a large new bike park near birdlip in cheltenham which is hyped up to be epic...we will see. Alternatively you are not massive distance from Forest of Dean for a weekend blast0

You won't be doing proper downhill on a Carrera Valour. Good bike but not a downhill bike.
These dudes know some superb trails http://www.bigfootmbc.co.ukTransition Patrol - viewtopic.php?f=10017&t=130702350
