6600 levers compatibility

Are 105 5700 brake Calipers compatible with older Ultegra 6600 STI's?

Likewise front and rear mechs?

    they will work fine

    You'll get the odd folk telling you that the brakes have different pull ratios, they do but they work fine and you'll never notice the difference.
