    It is certainly real, and is part of their training. I would guess around 140-150rpm, it's rather crazy!

    Not that crazy, my maximum cadence is around 170 rpm on a WattBike. I hit 144 RPM on the way home today.
    I used to just ride my bike to work but now I find myself going out looking for bigger and bigger hills.
