Hi all. Some advice please. Been looking at getting back on the road again, and a couple of bikes which have caught my attention is the cube peloton race and canyon roadlite al 6.0. The geos on both seem great cause at the mo I don't have enough flex in my back at the mo lol getting old, and also the spec on both bikes seems great. So some input from you fine peeps would be great Evan more so if any of you guys ride either of these bikes.
Cheers
Deano

What do you want to know ?
The Race has the 105 kit all round and the brakes are great and a big cassette - 12-32 so if you live and will be going up 10% + gradients it's ideal.

Hi cheers for that. Kind of info I wanted kinda hilly where I live in oxfordshire. Was just hoping someone was riding either of these machines and just their thoughts on the bikes" both have 105 but I noticed that the canyon in the sl comes with sram apex ?

Not much difference between both bikes, with Cube at least you might be able to pick up from a local dealer should you have any problems. Canyon is (a little) lighter and looks great but obviously down to personal preference - buy the one you like the look of most :-)

Probably worth a mention but you can get the Canyon CF SL for £1399, 105, good spec.

As a complete beginner getting into cycling i recently bought a Cube Peloton Race. I had looked at so many bikes in and around the £1k price range and for value the Cube was hard to beat. As above, the Cube is available to buy from a shop so available on 0% finance. I also prefer the look of the Cube (in white) to the Canyons.
So far I'm loving it, still fine tuning my position but I'm finding it very comfortable. I had some neck pain initially as I'd never ridden a road bike before but i flipped the stem & now I've no problems at all. All the reviews I read before hand were all favourable & I would certainly recommend it.
