I'm looking for a new commuter bike at the moment but can't seem to find what I'm looking for.
It's for a year round, 12 mile each way London commute and I'm looking for something that has the following:
The nearest thing I can find so far is a Pompino but with the spares I've got kicking about in the garage and some classifieds searching I reckon I can get a Pompino frameset and build something up for about £400 or so.
Any suggestions?

Able to fit 35c CX tyres
