WTB SX-17

My wife's hybrid bike has wheels with WTB SX-17 rims and I am trying to find out what tyres they can take so I can put the narrowest slicks possible on them. They are 700C wheels.
A Google search hasn't revealed much and searchuing the WTB website doesnt help. I suspect they are another WTB rim rebadged to suit the name on the frame (Whyte in this case).
Can anyone suggest a specifiction location or even cinfirm what tyre widths they can accomodate?

Nominally up to 2.1, but 2.3 with some 'narrow' brands. But will be fine with 1 inch to those limits.0
