Ultegra 10 sp chain help please
Hi, morning All.
I'm having to replace the front derailleur, so having used a chain tool (though I've managed yet again to snap the driving pin off the chain tool  ( not for the 100th time, seems to happen every time I use one) to remove the chain by removing the plastic pin that came with the Ultegra chain, I was wondering if I can reuse this plastic pin to reconnect the chain, as the guide has already been snapped of, or do I need a connecting link some kind of power adaptor/quick connect type link to allow future quick disconnects?
Thanks Andy

I use one of these, makes life very easy if you need to remove the chain...

Shimano connecting pins are very good and superior to the quick links. If you struggle with them, I suggest you get your LBS to replace your chainleft the forum March 20230
