Fox f90 rl fork basic service issue

Hi
I've just done my first seal and oil change on the above forks. After riding the, 2 or 3 times there now seems to be a knocking from the forks. I've checked headset, brake calipers, brake posts and discs which are all fine.
Does this mean the bushes are knackered or is it that I've done something wrong ie not enough oil in the fork??
I did use the fox w10 and the 5m oil for the air side.
Any help would be appreciated
