You didn't mention a budget limit.
I have the MO88's and they are a decent pair of shoes, stiff enough but comfy, the ratchet is great compared to my strap only shoes.0 -

I have these, they are great for £50ish. As someone else said, the ratchet is great in conjunction with the velcro straps and they are comfy as well. I got the wide fit version as I used to get a pain after a while with my previous shoes, this has stopped that. I love them.
