I've somehow managed to lose the lockring for my ultegra 11spd cassette and can't for the life of me find a replacement anywhere online. I've checked the usual suspects but alas no luck thus far so any pointers where I might source one would be greatly appreciated.

I'm guessing that your usual suspects don't include Madison?

Don't know whether one of these would suffice or did you want a genuine Shimano part? I've not used these two companies or there products so can't say if they are O.K.

I think they are only the distributor so can't buy direct from them but yes, already emailed them to see if they could suggest somewhere. Had a reply saying due to the high volume of emails it may take 2 weeks to reply... Thanks for the suggestion tho!

I might be wrong but I think they are all 10spd lockrings but thanks for the suggestion.

Your LBS can order from Madison which usually takes a few days. They used to let you order from the website but stopped that a while ago. Don't wait for Madison as that's all they'll tell you.

If you want one super quick why not buy a spare cassette for when yours wears out. It's not like you won't use it at some point sooner or later. You could also try the wanted forum - someone might have a trashed cassette and be about to throw their old one out.

Halfords will order from Madison for you, you'll likely have one close.

Failing that, give SJS Cycles a call, they do a lot of Shimano spares.
2020 Reilly Spectre - raw titanium
2020 Merida Reacto Disc Ltd - black on black
    2015 CAAD8 105 - very green - stripped to turbo bike
    2018 Planet X Exocet 2 - grey

    The departed:

    2017 Cervelo R3 DI2 - sold
    Boardman CX Team - sold
    Cannondale Synapse - broken
    Cube Streamer - stolen
    Boardman Road Comp - stolen

Buy a new 6800 cassette and use it's lockring, take the part across when your current one wears out. More expensive in the short term but saves you a few quid as you'll replace your cassette at some point anyway.
