i can get the cannondale supersix evo hi mod frame only. which weighs 695 gram and all the cables are internal, for £1500 or i can get the cannondale supersix 105 full bike, cables are external frame weighs 1050 gram for £1100 but most of the parts i will change, is the price difference worth it for the internal cables and the weight of the frame.

Buy what ever one you think is best for you. Go to bike shop, look at them, try them out, buy the red and white one.

Headtube height is the same on the regular super six.

If you'd swap most of the parts, how about a S6 frame set? Probably pick one up for half as much as the 105.

    I thought S6 = Caad8 and SS Evo = Caad10?

The hi-mod frame is likely to be a little stiffer too. I have a hi-mod and normal version of the same frame (Scott Addict), there's only a difference of 100 grams or so. For most of the riding I do I prefer the non high mod version for its little extra compliance. Its just a little more comfy on 100 mile plus hilly rides on the rough surfaces of our British roads. The hi mod frame skitters over rough surfaces a little more. They are both comfy but one slightly more than the other. You won't notice a 100 grams or so but you *may* notice the frames riding a little differently. If you really care about such differences then you need to ride them both. Otherwise I think it depends on what spare cash you have and whether you enjoy riding the best or not. If you do get the hi-mod. There's something to be said, if you can afford it, about the enjoyment in riding a top end frame, just because you can, even if most that will be in your head. Great frames either way and neither will disappoint one iota.

and all the cables are internal

The front and rear derailleur cables are external on the Evo Hi Mod. Unless you are talking about the Di2 frame ? Only the rear brake is internal.

I believe there are 3 versions of the supersix frame: Regular, evo and hi-mod

    I just got a 2013 supersix evo ultegra di2.

I have both probably not worth the extra, but it will always niggle you that you didn't buy the other one. I have a 54cm Hi mod but also thinking about getting a 52 from Pauls, 54 slightly too big for me, but not sure about the colour.

There are 4 versions of the frame, the version you are missing is the Nano.

You can buy the Supersix frameset in the Nano and HiMod versions; Synapse in HiMod only and then the CAAD10

I believe the colours on the framesets are limited to (but could be wrong)

SS nano - Black with some Gold accents
    SS Himod - Green/White/Black combo
Synapse - G/W/B again, but I think it looks nicer
CAAD - Black with stealth logos
    BMC GF01
    Quintana Roo Cd01

    Cannondale Synapse SL (gone)

So no red and white then. Back to the drawing board.....

Go to a bike shop, try some out, buy the one that fits YOU! Don't waste your time and money on frame you don't know fits and no one on this or any other forum can tell you what size you need. The 2015 models will be out soon and you won't get the clour you want....

That's 2014 colours, you never know 2015 is just round the corner

Also, I have to correct myself. There is also a DI2 specific Evo HiMod frameset that comes in Black with Green accents, looks very nice... but I personally do like a bit of Green in my bikes/kit. Now if only they did the Synapse like that...

    Thanks for the head up.

Good to see a race bike ("race" mainly because of the geometries) with hydraulic disc brake. I think it's time to sell my bike to fund my next Cannondale, either CAAD10 or Synapse.
