Farnborough Air Show viewing point

Hi all,

Putting together a ride for a few of us to go up to a good vantage point for Farnborough Air Show (about a 25 mile loop from where we are)

I've been told the best observing spot is up by Caesars Camp. I'm not too familiar with the area but know a few people do ride round there. Does anyone have any advice into good viewing points?

Try the Trolls website. Plenty of them live around there and ride on Caesars.

There are a number of possible viewing points in the area.
Certainly Ceasers camp gives you a view of the airport although typically people also position themselves on a smaller ridge, closer to the airport for a better view.
The smaller ridge is literally just off the road between Fleet and Aldershot at the end of the runway, and is on the edge of the army vehicle test area

That is one other option. Some people have been known to sit at the top of the Hart centre in Fleet. Others park their cars and break out the deckchairs in the middle of the roundabout by the Ford garage in Farnborough.

I shall just be sitting in my back garden, BBQ on and beer in hand
