Raleigh CX sizing?

Hiya,
Just a quick one: does anyone know Raleigh sizing? I am 170 cm tall, inside leg 79 cm. All I could find was a very generic table on their own website for 'adult bikes', doesn't take height into account and for my 79 cm says I could use anyting from 16" to just about 21". Eh?
I was aiming for the 21" (53cm), i.e., medium.
I know giving it a try is the best way, but can't: ordering online and nobody stocks them in this neck of the woods.
