Time Trial Frame

I have a Steve Goff steel tt bike. I have tt wheels. I am thinking about getting a tt frame. Planet x Stealth seems a good buy at the moment. The Exocet or one of the Ebay imports that resemble the Shiv look like a good deal. I was wondering if anyone had any experiences of these and what the likely time advantages could be?
