What front mech

Hi I have a boardman comp 650b I had some issue with the bottom bracket so swapped if for hellow tech ii. The problem I have now is the front mech seems to rub against the chain on high gears. I have adjusted so many times but still keep coming back. Will I need to swap my front mech and if so what many thanks.

Will just need fine tuning. Have a look at Park Tools guide and start from scratch.
