Bike Fit - Scotland

A mate is thinking of getting a bike fit, in the hopes that it resolves foot related pain he's been experiencing on the bike. He's considering getting a bike fit from Spokes in Kirkcaldy, does anyone any experience of them ... or can suggest another nearby alternative (Dundee area).

Try Velocity 44 in Stirling, I had a Retül fit done there and it resolved some minor back pain I was getting. Really worthwhile and interesting experience.

Worth investing in some good insoles first to see if that cures the problem.

+2 for Velocity, great team of guys...I had several problems with back and dead feet. Dead feet turned out to be a medical problem, however the back pain is gone and the bike feels so much better after the Retul.
