I am trying to remove the FSA SLK Crank arm.

It's one of these http://i175.photobucket.com/albums/w154 ... 65d4fb.jpg but obviously attached to my bicycle!

I undo the bolt (10mm allen key) clockwise (arrows point counter clockwise with tighten wording) and it undoes, spins freely and then feels like it's tightening again, I've put as much pressure as I could without a huge extension bar (wrench is already approx 10cm long) and there's no movement. Am I doing something stupidly wrong?

Sorry which way are you turning the bolt?

Clockwise. It has an arrow pointing counter clockwise with the wording tighten, so I assume clockwise is the correct way to undo?

The bolt you undo counter clockwise it is a standard thread, the tighten is on the self extracting collar nog the bolt.

    Same as here

I thought it was odd. I am officially an idiot. Thanks!
