I can't log out ....

Anyone else having this issue. I cannot log out, I cannot read messages . When I try I get a refresh or go back to previous page warning. We moved in this area a few months ago and checked who gave the best internet speed
[ No optical cables in our street yet] which we are getting nearly 10 mb. Everything else is working as expected but cannot log out or read messages on BR. It started doing this yesterday. We have 2 BT exchange boxes within 10 yards.
Soon as I come on to the BR site I am already logged in. Tried turning it off and on again
Any suggestions?
