what file? Where? How will it not add?

It works as I have just shown so you ate doing something wrong or....... But with out knowing what you are doing wrong all we can say is read the link and do it correctly.

Can't open the link !
I click open attachment / choose a file from existing and the picture is next to choose file
When I click add file I get the 413 msg
So what am I missing here

Oh so you are trying to add an attachment. Not link/insert an image.

At a guess the image is too big.
